TERMS OF SALE

This Public Offer sets out the terms for purchasing items from the FLÉR online store at flerstudios.com.
The Seller is FOP Danyliv Veronika Andriivna, taxpayer ID 3704007485, located at 46/11 Oleksandra Konyskoho St., office 103, Kyiv, 01054, Ukraine.
Terms and definitions
Site — the website flerstudios.com, through which items are sold.
Seller — FOP Danyliv Veronika Andriivna.
Customer — an individual who places an order on the Site and purchases an item for personal use.
Item — products offered for sale on the Site.
Order — a request to purchase an item, duly placed by the Customer.
Parties — the Seller and the Customer.
General provisions
1.1. This Public Offer is the Seller's proposal to enter into a sales agreement for items on the terms set out in this Offer.
1.2. Placing an Order on the Site means the Customer has read and accepted the terms of this Offer.
1.3. The sales agreement is considered concluded in the manner provided by Ukrainian law and this Offer, once the Order has been placed and confirmed by the Seller.
1.4. The Seller may update the terms of this Offer. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in effect at the time they were placed, unless otherwise required by law.
Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to hand over the selected Item to the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for it on the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The name, characteristics, size, color, availability, and price of an Item are indicated on the relevant page of the Site.
2.3. The price of an Item is shown on the Site and includes all taxes and mandatory charges, other than delivery, that are required by law to be included in the price.
2.4. The Seller is not a VAT payer.
Placing and confirming an order
3.1. The Customer places an Order independently through the Site.
3.2. To place an Order, the Customer provides the necessary information, including:
First and last name;
Phone number;
Email address;
Data required for delivery;
Other information required to fulfill the Order.
3.3. After placing an Order, the Customer may receive confirmation at the email address provided, or by another available method.
3.4. If necessary, the Seller may contact the Customer to clarify Order details.
Payment
4.1. Payment for an Order is made using the methods available on the Site.
4.2. The Site may offer:
Apple Pay;
Google Pay;
Plata by Mono;
WayForPay;
Other payment methods added to the Site.
4.3. The Order is passed into processing after the Customer's payment is confirmed as successful.
Delivery
5.1. Delivery within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta.
5.2. International delivery is arranged individually with the Customer after the Order is placed. The Seller's team will confirm the shipping method, timeframe, and cost for the destination country.
5.3. In-stock items are handed over for delivery within an estimated 1–3 business days after the Order is placed and paid for.
5.4. Made-to-order or made-to-produce items are handed over for delivery within an estimated 3–10 business days, depending on the specific item.
5.5. The final time for receiving the Order depends not only on the Seller's processing time, but also on the operating schedule of the relevant carrier, route, hostilities, and other delivery circumstances.
5.6. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the country, city, delivery method, and other circumstances.
5.7. The delivery cost is determined according to the carrier's chosen delivery method and is paid by the Customer upon receipt of the Item.
Exchange and return
6.1. The Customer has the right to exchange or return an Item of proper quality in the cases and within the timeframes set by Ukrainian law and FLÉR's Exchange and Return Policy, including the extended 30-day return period for international orders.
6.2. To be eligible for return or exchange, the Item must retain its original appearance, consumer properties, tags, and other elements required by the return terms.
6.3. The procedure, timeframes, and terms for returns are set out in detail in the separate Exchange and Return Policy on the Site.
Rights and obligations of the parties
7.1. The Seller undertakes to:
Hand over an Item of proper quality to the Customer;
Provide accurate information about the Item;
Process the Customer's personal data in accordance with the law;
Fulfill other obligations required by Ukrainian law.
7.2. The Customer undertakes to:
Provide accurate information when placing an Order;
Pay for the Order in the manner set out;
Accept the Order;
Review information about the Item, payment, delivery, exchange, and return before placing an Order.
Intellectual property
8.1. Texts, photographs, graphic materials, the logo, design, and other materials on the Site are the intellectual property of FLÉR or the relevant rights holders.
8.2. Use of materials from the Site without the prior permission of the rights holder is prohibited, except as expressly permitted by Ukrainian law.
Force majeure
9.1. The Parties are released from liability for failure or improper performance of their obligations if this results from circumstances of force majeure that the Parties could not have foreseen or prevented.
9.2. Such circumstances may include, in particular, natural disasters, fires, hostilities, terrorist attacks, disruptions to transport or energy infrastructure, decisions of state authorities, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Parties.
Dispute resolution
10.1. The Parties shall attempt to resolve all disputes and disagreements through negotiation.
10.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law.
