FLÉR's payment and shipping terms — we aim to make checkout convenient both within Ukraine and internationally.
Payment methods
Orders on the FLÉR website can be paid using:

Available payment methods are shown directly on the site during checkout.
Payment may be processed by the relevant payment service. We do not store full payment card details when they are processed directly by the payment provider.
Shipping within Ukraine
Shipping within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta.
In-stock items are handed over for shipping within one to three business days after the order is placed and paid.
Made-to-order items are produced or prepared for shipping within three to ten business days, depending on the specific item.
The final delivery time depends on the carrier's operating schedule, the shipping method chosen, the destination city, and other circumstances that may affect transport.
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the customer receives the information needed to track the shipment, where such information is provided by the relevant shipping service.
International shipping
International shipping is arranged individually with our team. After you place an order, our manager will contact you to confirm the shipping method, timeframe, and cost for your specific country.
International shipping is available to countries shown as available at checkout on the site.
International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, the agreed shipping arrangement, customs clearance, and other circumstances.
The final delivery time depends on the shipping arrangement confirmed with our manager and may differ from the estimated order-processing time given by the seller.
International customs duties, taxes, fees, or other charges that may be levied by the destination country are paid by the recipient, in accordance with the laws of the destination country and the terms of delivery.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is determined by the country, city, shipping method, shipment parameters, and the relevant carrier's rates.
The current shipping cost is not included in the order total on the site. Shipping is charged according to the chosen carrier's rates and is paid by the customer separately, directly to the carrier upon receipt of the item.
Important information
Order preparation time and transit time are separate stages.
Timeframes shown on the site are estimates, unless otherwise stated for a specific item.
In the event of a delay caused by the carrier, the seller will inform the customer of the known reason for the delay and, where possible, assist in liaising with the carrier.
